Tribe Challenge – Caffeine Strike
Support each other in a seven day caffeine strike.
Sometimes cutting caffeine altogether can help stabilize blood sugar and support better sleep. This week support each other in an all-out caffeine strike, and pledge to consume zero caffeine during a seven-day period. Be mindful at the end of the seven days of how you feel compared to before the caffeine strike.
Step #1: Plan it together! Decide how you will survive seven days without caffeine.
Step #2: Share it! Tell someone outside of your tribe what your tribe will be up to this week.
Step #3: Complete it! Follow through with your plan.
