Advanced Tracks are built into the program to help you continue your health journey. So, if you already eat more than four cups of fruits and vegetables per day, drink 64 ounces of water a day, are a sugar minimalist, sleep perfectly, move more than 10,000 steps on a given day, recycle, reduce and reuse and have clean, clean nutrition, hop on our Advanced Track where there is lots to do!
