Advanced Track – Sleep Better

Declutter & Simplify Belongings:

One of our tips for having a good sleep environment is to have an organized, decluttered bedroom, which allows you to feel more peaceful and helps you to nod off faster. If your bedroom is simplified, but there are rooms of your house, attic, garage, basement or storage unit that aren’t, spend some time prioritizing your things and donating what you don’t need.

Give to Others:

Giving of your time or things can also help you feel better about yourself and may help you sleep a little better at night. You probably won’t have to look far to find someone who could use a little pick-me-up this week either through something you have to offer, or through your time, companionship or help.

Step #1: Plan it! Each week decide what your goal will be and create a plan of action to get you to the finish line.

Step #2: Share it! Commit to it by letting your tribe know what you will be working on and how you can help them.

Step #3: Complete it! Do the work and reach your goals.
