Advanced Track – Cleaner Nutrition

Choose one for your Advanced Challenge:

  1. Encourage and lead others to become Cleaner Nutrition Masters.
  2. Eat only home cooked food for one week.
  3. Grow your own organic food.

If you consistently and confidently choose produce from the Dirty Dozen List in their organic versions, choose mostly whole foods with minimal ingredients and cook two meals at home each week, consider our Advanced Track. You are invited to continue your journey by accepting one or more of the challenges listed above.

Encourage others by asking your tribe members what they think the most difficult challenge will be for them this month and how you can help. Share ideas you have for quick and tasty home cooked dinners and the best places to buy clean produce. Vow to eat only home cooked food and home brewed beverages for a week, including coffee and tea. Start or expand your own organic garden indoors or out. If you haven’t already, this might be the time to start composting to feed your garden. See Great Goals for goal setting tips.

Step #1: Plan it! Each week decide what your goal will be and create a plan of action to get you to the finish line.

Step #2: Share it! Commit to it by letting your tribe know what you will be working on and how you can help them.

Step #3: Complete it! Do the work and reach your goals.

Step #4: Post it! Be an agent of change and post the results of your work on your personal social media accounts with #Zero2HealthyHuman to be entered into our weekly giveaway.
